Mr. Kinberg Presents at Medical Practice Management Seminar

Attorneys Edward Kinberg of Kinberg & Associates, LLC, Stephen Lacey of McClelland, Jones, Lyons, Lacey & Williams LLC and Tom Taylor of The Taylor Law Group, LLC were presenters in a program entitled, "Medical Practice Management," offered by Seaside Seminars, LLC on January 23rd at the Radisson Hotel Oceanfront in Indialantic.

Mr. Kinberg's presentation reviewed the Federal False Claims Act and its application to medical practices. Mr. Lacey's presentation involved various techniques physicians may use to protect their assets and Mr. Taylor discussed techniques physicians can use to avoid medical malpractice claims.
