Mr. Kinberg Presents Program on Federal and State False Claims Acts

Attorney Edward Kinberg of Kinberg & Associates, LLC, presented a program on Federal and State False Claims Acts at the Construction Law Institute in Orlando, Florida, on April 10, 2010. The Institute is conducted each year by the Florida Bar for Board Certified Construction Law Attorneys. The Institute addresses critical legal issues involving public and privat constrtuction in the State of Florida. In addition to presenting the program, Mr. Kinberg submitted a detailed paper on the False Claims Acts to the attendees.
